Oakcrest Electrical

Gladstone customers repeatedly single out Oakcrest Electrical for punctuality and reliability, with several describing tradespeople arriving exactly when promised and faults identified and repaired without delay. The team is regularly praised for professionalism and courtesy, including Zac and Jack, who restored power at a clinic while remaining respectful of patients, and Guy, whose careful approach to his work drew particular mention. Reviewers often highlight clear communication from the first enquiry through to completion, with Matthew visiting to discuss the required works before Gus and Riley carried out the installation.

Tidiness and a clean finish come up again and again, whether the job involves ceiling fans, lighting upgrades or larger electrical installations, and one customer noted the finished lighting looked excellent. Competitive pricing is described as fair for the work delivered, with quotes provided promptly and admin handled courteously by Mia. Reviewers also value the practical advice offered on site, and the willingness to take on tasks requiring determination until the result satisfied the customer. Repeat business is common, with several clients stating they would engage the company again after installations in residential and commercial settings, including coordinated work alongside other trades on site.

Excellent and professional service. Would definitely recommend Oakcrest Electrical.

We had a prompt response, after initial contact with Oakcrest Electrical from Matthew, who came to our residence to look over and discuss desired/required works to be undertaken. Work was carried out by Gus and Riley, who done a really good job with the tasks that they were given, along with some requiring a mindset of determination. We're very happy with the end result and with it all being competively priced as well. Pleasure to deal with from go to whoa. Many thanks to the whole crew there from Blu & Kay.

We had Guy come round and do some work on our place. He was super professional, cares about his work and represents his workplace really well. Its great to see polite young guys who do a great job. We would have hom back in a heartbeat.

Very happy with service, after I rang was only 2 hours, electrians turned up and job completed in reasonable time and prices also reasonable. Very happy overall and will use again

Great working with Oakcrest Electrical on a recent lift at 106 Barnard Drive, Mount Sheridan. Cairns Crane Hire was engaged to lift a 20ft steel container, and the job was well planned and safely executed on site. Everything ran smoothly with good coordination and clear communication between all crews, making for an efficient and straightforward lift. Appreciate the opportunity to work together and look forward to future projects with Oakcrest Electrical and the team.

I HIGHLY recommend use Oakcrest Electrical! Mia was an absolute pleasure to deal with at every step they did an excellent job that ended up costing me five times less than another electrical company quoted. After managing my own properties for over 27 years they have been the best electrical company Ive ever dealt with! Save yourself time or money by using Oakcrest instead of another Gladstone based electrical company.
