Gladstone Electrical and Solar

Solar work of several kinds recurs in accounts of this business, from new residential installations and extra panels that lifted output, through to full system replacements and a 9.9kW array still performing as expected. Aaron is named repeatedly, described as informative, prompt and willing to explain each stage of the process. Communication appears as a constant theme, both from him and via the office, so households knew when work would begin and how it would proceed. Neat workmanship is noted just as often, covering panel placement on roofs, inverter installation and the clean-up that followed.

More than one customer describes how the system was tailored to their budget and particular needs, including a walkthrough of the Solarweb application for monitoring generation and grid exports. Existing wiring issues were identified and remedied at a cost those customers considered reasonable. The finished job is described time and again as tidy and capably executed, while the willingness to keep working through hot conditions until everything was correct earns mention more than once. That dependability has led to repeat engagements and personal referrals.

Aaron and the team delivered a great job. Easy to deal with. Aaron came to see us a couple of times to tailor the system based on our budget. Highly recommend GES.

Aaron installed a complete replacement solar system with complete professionalism. Communication with the office was excellent so we knew when it would happen & what time he’d be there. He even cooperated with my request for panel placement on the roof & I couldn’t fault the workmanship. It’s good to see a tradesperson/private contractor give a damn about the end result & not just about the volume of jobs they can get through. I highly recommend GES.

Aaron from Gladstone Electrical and Solar runs a local family business with genuine care. He is friendly, professional, and easy to deal with. Great communication and problem-solving. Installed our 48 kWh battery and 18 kWh solar with top-quality workmanship. Highly recommend!

Excellent service from Aaron, and communication was fantastic. Aaron turned up when he said he would, put in 100% effort to get the job done in hot conditions. The job was done neatly and correctly. We won't hesitate to have him come back and do other jobs for us that we need doing later.

Gladstone Electrical and Solar were great to deal with from start to finish, with professional service and excellent communication. Aaron does high quality work and shows a lot of care and attention to detail in getting the job done properly. I would highly recommend the team at Gladstone Electrical and Solar.

Aaron is very detail oriented and performed a high quality installation. As he was doing one final check on his way out, he noticed something he wasn’t 100% happy with and rather than just continuing to drive away, he hopped out, quickly adjusted a rail before leaving. Good stuff!
