Tried to charge me for a overpriced quote! Had a “tech” visit my property to quote for a job. Quote came back almost $500. We asked for a cheaper option. 10 days later we got a reply that there was no cheaper option. Meanwhile we found someone to complete the job for $300. Upon informing O’Brien that we had gone with someone else they tried to bill us for the quote! Overpriced, unresponsive and unprofessional. There are many better option in town.
