Mildura Electrical

Mildura Electrical has drawn a mix of feedback from customers in Mildura, with many accounts highlighting prompt, polite and professional service. Several reviewers describe the team as going above and beyond, and an observation shared by more than one reviewer is that no job seems too small. The helpfulness and knowledge of the woman who answers the phone is repeatedly singled out, while the electricians themselves are described as punctual and courteous.

Praise also extends to their expertise, including work on older appliances that might otherwise have been thrown away rather than repaired. Recurring complaints focus on billing and staffing. Reviewers question charges that do not appear to match the time spent on site, with one account describing a fee for 1.5 hours when the visit lasted only ten minutes.

Another concern raised more than once is the number of licensed electricians available for on-site work, with a reviewer claiming only one A-grade tradesperson is on the tools. These issues around cost transparency and resourcing appear across multiple accounts, indicating that while service quality is often appreciated, the value for money and staffing structure have drawn criticism from some quarters. The feedback suggests experiences can vary depending on the job and the customer's expectations.

Only 1 A grade electrician on the tools within the entire company, not including the bloke who sits behind the desk giving demands all day. 0 stars.

Good guys

If you need electricity in your home or business then that's what these guys do. Call them, they are pretty good at electricity stuff. Don't do it yourself.

First time i have used this mob an i,ll guarantee you it will be the last. Absolute shame i can,t give them a zero star rating.

Excellent

The lady on the phone at Mildura Electrical was so helpful and knew exactly how to help. The electricians were prompt, polite and very professional. I would highly recommend this company.
