Never Late Electrical

Punctuality and reliability emerge as the qualities customers return to most often when describing this Port Macquarie electrical business. Reviewers repeatedly note that tradespeople arrive at the agreed time, live up to the company's name and complete jobs within the quoted timeframe, whether the task is small or more involved. Customers in several reviews describe workmanship as thorough and competent, covering ceiling fan installation, new power points, replacement of older outlets, range hood and socket installation, and inspection and upgrading of power boards.

Named staff including Shannon, Stewart, Quin, Mitch, Connor and Nathan are singled out for professional attitudes, friendliness and good humour, with clear communication maintained from first contact through to completion. Something that features in review after review is tidiness, with tradespeople cleaning up after themselves and leaving sites neat. Customers also describe quotes as cost-effective and the overall service as efficient, with bookings easy to arrange and responses timely. Fault-finding at a family member's residence is mentioned as handled well, and repeat business is a common thread, with several clients noting they have engaged the team multiple times and intend to do so again for future electrical work.

Excellent service. Easy to book, not late! and efficient tidy work. Will definitely use again.

Good service. Competent tradesmen. Very good people who get the job done with a minimum of fuss. Have not had a bad experience and highly recommend this business.

Wasn't a large, but necessary job to do. Shannon was here on the day and within the timeline quoted. He was very professional and thorough in his approach. So no matter what sized job is needed to be done I would recommend Never Late Electrical.
