DCE Electrics and Tool Repairs

Owners of tools and small engines in Port Macquarie feature prominently among the accounts left for this business, alongside customers seeking electrical installation work and generator advice. Reviewers describe bringing in a blower, a generator, a pressure hose and a Gerni handle, and report that repairs were completed properly and the equipment returned in working order, even where the item was old. Fast turnaround and efficient service come up repeatedly, as does clear guidance when choosing equipment; one account notes that advice on picking a suitable generator was followed by a swift installation, with the process and result pleasing.

Staff are described as friendly and straightforward to deal with, and Darren and Martin are both named for their help, updates and follow-through during diagnosis and repair. A recurring theme is how problems and mistakes were resolved without fuss, including a wrong purchase refunded promptly and courteously. Sensible repair charges are noted, along with quick responses to enquiries, and the counter service is remembered for being knowledgeable and willing to assist with whatever was needed. A part order that took slightly longer than expected was accepted without concern.

Our order for spare parts was processed quickly and we were informed of the progress from start to finish. One of the only places that we could find the parts needed when searching Australia wide

I ordered a high pressure hose and handle for my Gerni 140.2 I have installed both and everything is now working as it should. Postage was a bit expensive but other than that all went well.

We was very happy with the customer service, the lady new what she was talking about and was happy to help us with everything. We will be going back there in the future for items we need. Very friendly

Martin was the first point of contact and made the process of diagnosis and repair to my generator much easier with updates and and speedy service, thanks Martin.Friendly and helpful staff and owner.

I had a great experience with DCE Electrics & Tool Repairs. I recently purchased a pressure washer from them and there was a delivery issue where extra charges were going to be added, but they handled it professionally and waived the additional costs. A special thank you to the Sales Manager, Stephen Power, who was very responsive, helpful, and easy to deal with throughout the process. It’s good to see a company that looks after their customers even after the sale. Really appreciate the support and would happily recommend DCE Electrics & Tool Repairs to anyone looking for tools, equipment, or repairs. Tommy Hsu

Good prompt service. They couldn’t have been more helpful. I give them top marks.

Friendly staff easy to deal with. Ordered part took a little bit longer but that was fine.
