My Complete Electrical Pty Ltd

Adelaide customers describe a consistently positive experience with My Complete Electrical Pty Ltd, and the praise that recurs centres on reliability, punctuality and a professional approach from the first quote to the final tidy-up. Several reviews highlight solar and battery installations, noting that the crew worked through unfavourable weather to finish the job, while downlight replacements, light fittings, outdoor heaters and an oven replacement come up as common tasks. A point that comes up often is clear pricing: one job finished under the amount originally quoted, and customers describe the quotes as fair and competitive.

Communication before and after the work is mentioned repeatedly, with customers saying they were kept informed and that explanations of what was required were open and easy to follow. Named team members, including Dave, David, Mathew, Matt, Andrew, Eli and Zander, are praised for being friendly, efficient and willing to offer advice on placement and styles. Tidiness is noted, with the finish on installed lighting described as neat, and customers say they would call the same team again for future electrical work.

Half the electrics went out at our new house mid-Friday afternoon. Dave was able to come out the same day, 6.30 in the evening, and rescue us! No one else we tried to contact had the same flexibility or urgency to help us out. We'll be getting the team to help us out with the rest of our electrical work.

I was overcharged for the job done at my place. The guy checked the downlight and it needs a transformer replaced, so he gave me a qoute accordingly, but instead changed the downlight without installing the transformer. The cost of downlight is $12 . The second job was to replace a switch in the bathroom and after installing the switch left a big hole next to it .The guy left without fixing the hole created by them. The electrician had no idea to fix the issue and looks like they were trainees themselves. After the job the electrician wanted me to pay straight away. Now the owner is not answering my calls. Highly unprofessional electricians. Will never recommend them to anyone.

Very friendly and polite introduction and quote by SMS. As installer of our new split system aircon, along with his colleague, he was on time and considerate at all times. His work was very competent and tidy. His price was fair. Highly recommended!

The team from My Complete Electrical were amazing, even though the weather wasn't the best to be installing my battery and solar today, but managed to get the job done. I highly recommend the team.

From initial enquiry to post repair, Mat was great to deal with. Andrew and apprentice (sorry didn’t get a name) were friendly, helpful, informative and did both of our small jobs (power point replacements) quickly and professionally.

All positive i got a few quotes and Dave and his team come in at a very competitive price. Everything on the install day went very smooth great communication on time very efficient. I highly recommend getting a quote from Complete Electrical/Jim's electrical I will definitely use them for future electrical work

The gentleman helped me avoid an expensive callout, by telling me what he would do if he came. So I did as he said and it worked a treat. 5star service deserves a good review.
