Melbourne Voltage

Prompt, personable service runs through the accounts left for Melbourne Voltage, with Chris named repeatedly as the first point of contact and described as knowledgeable, polite and thorough when assessing jobs and setting out options. Johnny and Daniel also appear in feedback, praised for their professionalism and easy manner on installation days. The work covers a wide spread of electrical jobs: swapping a range hood, hard wiring appliances, changing a gas cooktop to induction, fitting a car charger, and installing four PoE security cameras with a GPO.

Several reviewers mention that complications were dealt with calmly, including repeated supplier issues on one charger installation and a camera position that proved unworkable until a different spot was agreed. Fair quotes and competitive pricing are noted regularly, alongside the time taken to understand each customer's requirements before starting. Accounts describe tasks finished efficiently and to a high standard, ranging from tracing a tripping safety switch to preparing a property for a three-phase upgrade, and a number of customers say they would call on the team again for further electrical work.

Dealing with Chris is always a pleasure. Great work. Always helpful and willing to go out of his way to help.

Chris from Melbourne Voltage was fantastic from the initial call, prompt arrival and diagnosing our problem with a tripping safety switch. He explained options and then performed the work on site that day. Chris was engaging, friendly and polite, performing the work efficiently and with a minimum of fuss. Won't hesitate to use their services again.

I would highly recommend Melbourne Voltage. From the initial quote provided by Chris to the completion of works by Johnny and Daniel, the entire process was seamless. Very happy with the work performed by Melbourne Voltage. Competitive prices and very responsive. They did a great job changing our gas cooktop to induction, and installing home security system. Also very knowledgeable about upgrading to 3 phase system, which they are doing now.

Chris and Daniel, did a wonderful job and the quotation they gave was really reasonable and was much better than others. These boys came over and placed a cloth piece over our stairs so there wouldn’t be any damage and was really professional. I’ll be sure to use their service again for future events.

Very happy with the service and results. Johnny was on time, thorough and very helpful. He fitted a kitchen exhaust fan and ducted it through the roof. He also checked the existing range hood and gave me some very useful advice. I highly recommend Melbourne Voltage.
