Jenson Electrical

Across Melbourne, Jenson Electrical has built a reputation through the steady word-of-mouth of customers who return for further work. Yuan is the tradesperson named most often in feedback, and the qualities attributed to him recur consistently: punctuality, thoroughness, and a manner that makes the job easy to discuss. More than one customer describes how he listened to what they hoped to achieve, assessed the situation and suggested options before any work began, then explained the finished result clearly.

One recurring theme is the quality of the result itself, whether swapping twenty fluorescent fittings for LED lights, adding power outlets, fitting an island bench supply, rewiring, or adjusting light switches, with the trickier installations attracting particular praise. Reviewers frequently point to the tidiness of the work, noting that floors and surfaces were left clean and that the office was in pristine condition afterwards.

Fair, reasonable pricing comes up often alongside the explanation of what was done, and communication before and after each visit is credited with keeping expectations clear. Some customers describe follow-up paperwork being sent through promptly, and others mention advice given freely even when no job followed. The pattern is of careful, well-organised electrical work backed by genuine helpfulness, which is why customers keep his details for future projects and recommend him for solar and general electrical jobs.

I had another electrician cancel on me last minute and Jenson helped me out of a bind massively. I can’t recommend him enough, super professional and friendly. I’m already looking at booking him in again to get some other work done. If you are worried about the unknowns with getting someone out to help you, I couldn’t recommend Jenson enough. Fair price, good work and easy to deal with. Avoid the 300+ review big guys, this guy is the real deal 👌

Yuan did an excellent job installing additional power outlets. He understood what I was trying to achieve, evaluated and recommended options, and installed it perfectly and cleanly. I’d definitely recommend Yuan.

Yuan is incredibly professional and did a fantastic job in a short amount of time. Nothing was too much trouble! Highly recommend.

Yuan did an excellent job at our place. I would highly recommend him! He was very professional and very easy to communicate with. Reasonable pricing, always on time and very clean. Not only was he meticulous in the job but very attentive to what we wanted and gave us great advice and feedback. He even went the extra mile to help with other mishaps that happened. Will be recommending him to others and using his services in the future if needed.

Although I did not use his service not because I employed another person, but he was able to explain to me about the problem I had. In actual fact, the ventilation problem was not a problem but how it was originally built. Thank you for his honesty. I have kept his contact details for future reference.

Yuan spent most of the day at our place and installed power outlets in an island bench (tricky job), light switches and helped me with a bathroom cabinet and a few other jobs around the apartment. Absolutely fantastic work. Quick, clean, helpful, explained everything and was very friendly. Finished up with all the necessary energy safe paperwork emailed to me later that night. Great work. Highly recommended.
