Local Electrical Pty Ltd

Ceiling fan, light and dimmer installation is the work that recurs most often in feedback, covering both straightforward fit-outs and more demanding fault-finding where a fan had been replaced several times under warranty before a phase-related power supply issue was identified. Customers consistently highlight punctuality, a courteous manner and tasks completed efficiently, with the work area left clean and tidy afterwards. Electricians named in accounts include Chris, Tom, Tim, Callum, Rob, Jon and Scott, each described as knowledgeable, friendly and willing to explain the job as it progressed.

The standard of the finished result comes up regularly, from fan and light combinations to kitchen lighting, along with honest quoting and prices considered fair and reasonable. Communication before and after the work is another theme, including a power outage where Chris guided a customer through restoring supply over the phone at no charge. Certification of alarms and a switch for a property sale, general property maintenance and advice offered on site also appear in comments. Diligence in tracing underlying electrical faults rather than simply replacing equipment, and experience with awkward installations, are noted again and again.

Amazing team for a very tricky ceiling fan install, I could tell they had done thousands of these jobs, huge thanks!

Had Tim come over for a fan installation. Punctual, courteous and knows his stuff! Loving the new fan/light combo. Can recommend Local Electrical. They'll sort you out with simple, great service. Thanks team.

Very happy with work done to replace a ceiling fan. Very professional, diligent, and left the place clean and tidy.

Professional and prompt service. The electrical work to support a new air conditioner was quick and very tidy. We will definitely make Local Electrical our go to provider for our future needs. Thanks Chris

Electric Fans-dango ! Chris from Brisbane's top electrical service firm , Local Electrical PL, has just solved a major headache. His Traddies (Rob and Scott) came in after Chris sussed out the problem for my newly installed ceiling & light Fan(s). After 3 warranty replacements for one fan (Wi-Fi sensor kept blowing) and that's within 6 months of purchase. Something on that phase was causing "dirty power" spikes, so he changed the fan to another phase. He also put in isolation switches for the two other fans that only had the Wi-Fi controller...Uh-uh, there must me a power isolation. Safety First , so the guys wired those in the ceiling for me. Quick and efficiently, the Traddie and the apprentice (great to see you guys supporting apprenticeships !) had wired and and all fans working. My dog (below) is not so sure about these large moving wings on the ceiling...look like big annoying flies and she hates them. They do push the hot air down in winter and circulate the warm house air in winter. Thoroughly recommend this firm for trade knowledge and efficiency...thanks heaps guys.
