I called this company for a Sunday emergency call out. One of my light fixtures stopped working the day before new tenants were due to arrive. After calling the number on the website, I spoke directly to the electrician, no annoying automatic response and a fast pick up. I sent through pictures of the issue while talking to him and he was able to diagnose the issue while on the phone. He provided up front and clear pricing, which included the emergency call out fee. He arrived earlier than he said he would and did the job quickly and to a fantastic standard. This company saved me a real headache and I'm very grateful to them. I would happily recommend them to anyone and will be using them going forward. A massive thank you to Allan, very professional and excellent work.

Did the job quickly and with a friendly attitude. Found a couple more things that needed fixing but were extremely reasonable and explained everything in a way I could understand. Plus cleaned up everything when they were done!

Very disappointed with the customer service, was a very brief consultation and poorly provided information to customer. I end up with a timber electrical pole that looks is an eyesore in front of my house, was not told during consultation that I could not have it near the fence as requested. End up paying nearly $7000 for nothing as it devalued my house instantly and is literally an eyesore right in the front a few metres from the fence. Was not informed about a non-pole option because the owner of this company couldn't be bothered to do some research and lay out all options to me as he was obviously going to make more money with the pole option. I am very angry that my hard earn money went no where and end up getting another electrician advice who agreed that a non-pole option was better, aesthetically pleasing and of course cheaper. The owner of JIT admit his errors and no recompense was offered either. Sorry I don't trust your services anymore. This has been a nightmare experience for me. Now I have to pay to get rid of this pole and pay someone to do the right thing for the home owner/me in the first place and do it effectively.

Can't speak highly enough about this business. Have them used twice and both times the electricians have been really good. Friendly, professional with excellent communication. Do yourself a favour and give them a try you won't be disappointed.
