Level Electrical Port Macquarie

Underfloor cabling, additional power points and new smoke alarms are among the installation jobs that have kept this Port Macquarie team busy, and the feedback points to a dependable process from first contact to handover. Customers in several reviews describe fans and downlights being fitted, others recount extensive wiring and cabling run through internal renovations, and there is mention of a bathroom fanlight replacement alongside power point relocations. Punctuality is a point that comes up often, with tradespeople calling ahead before arrival, turning up when promised and finishing the work without fuss.

James and Nathan are named repeatedly, and reviewers consistently describe them as courteous, efficient and capable of thinking through tricky problems to reach the right result. Communication also features strongly, with explanations offered as jobs progressed and updates maintained throughout. Tidiness recurs as well, work areas being left clean afterwards, and pricing on smaller jobs was considered reasonable. Difficult cabling through tight roof spaces is noted, completed in co-ordination with other trades, and the finished results operating correctly the first time. Phoebe, handling enquiries in the office, is singled out for her friendly and helpful manner.

Very prompt and professional service by James. Very happy to use Level again.
