Brad and Lachlan helped us out with three Power Points and a quote for a data run. Booking in was really easy, the guys were on time and really great with communicating. Very happy with the service.

Brad visited last month to inspect a mystery tripping switch. He provided an awesome service, fixed the problem, and was just a great guy to hang with! I’d happily call on Brad in future.

We were so impressed with Level staff from the first interaction on the phone to the many workers who helped us remove our gas heater and aircon and replace it with a ducted reverse cycle electric system. All staff were so helpful and happy to explain in simple terms what needed doing. We also needed some electric work done to fix our circuits and the electrician was really informative about what could be done to fix it. We were given options rather than told what we needed. We ended up choosing a Panasonic system and we are very happy with it so far. One of the most amazing positives was that it was all completed in one day and all of the old rubbish was taken away for us. Outstanding service, helpful, quick and informative. Thanks so much to everyone who helped with our job and was careful not to let our very old dog get out !!

Level Electrical & Brad saved us! Our kitchen PowerPoint caught fire last night. I call Level this morning and the amazing Tess couldn't have been more lovely and helpful - she got Brad to our house within 2 hours. Brad was fantastic, he took the time to explain everything to me, showed me what the fault was and explained why the fire occurred. He gave me a quote before he completed the work. Once hed completed the job, he explained everything he'd done, including a quick lesson on how the wires etc work, cleaned up after himself and took the time to have a look at some other work we need doing in the future. I cant recommend Brad and Level highly enough.

Level was great, really helpful on the phone and managed to help us the same day I called. Brad came out earlier than expected (called first to check it was ok) which we were very happy about. Brad was awesome - very helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. We were very happy with his work and will definitely use Level again.

These guys are awesome. We phoned and a tradesman 'Tyson' (real nice guy) was here so fast. Quoted the job, did the job, excellent work, looked great. I'm as happy as could be. Very professional company. Highly recommend. Thanks guys.
