LBE Solar & Electrical

Reliability combined with clear communication is the theme running through the feedback left for this Coffs Harbour business. Lachie, the owner, and team members Caleb and Rafe are named repeatedly across accounts covering solar panel and battery installation, ceiling fan fitting in an investment property, and general electrical work around homes and businesses. Customers describe the crew as punctual, polite and efficient, completing jobs both large and small without fuss, whether on a terra cotta tiled roof or inside a house.

An aspect raised across a number of reviews is the willingness to answer questions at length, with explanations described as straightforward and well delivered, giving clients confidence in the work. Reviewers also highlight the quality of the finished result, the tidiness of the workmanship and the speed of the response when contact is made.

Several praise the after-sales follow-up on solar systems, noting that queries continue to be addressed promptly and with knowledge well after installation. The team's honesty and integrity are mentioned alongside its friendly manner, and the same crew is credited with repeat jobs over several years for both residential and commercial clients. Solar and battery work, fan installation and general electrical servicing form the bulk of the tasks described in these accounts.
