Sawtell Electrical

Sawtell Electrical comes up repeatedly in customer accounts as a dependable choice for electrical work around Coffs Harbour, with the strongest recurring theme being how quickly jobs are sorted. Customers writing about their orders describe calling and having the problem resolved the same day, including one household where a lack of hot water was addressed within a couple of hours alongside other faults. Named team members, particularly Stu and Aaron, are singled out for arriving when promised, testing their work thoroughly and leaving the site clean once finished.

Reviewers mention quotes turned around promptly and arrival times confirmed, with communication maintained from the quoting stage through to completion. Workmanship quality is a point that comes up often, whether the task was replacing an ageing fuse box in a 1970s unit, wiring a staged renovation, or general repairs. On larger projects the team is described as coordinated and willing to return to site as needed, and accounts from repeat clients highlight efficient, knowledgeable service and rates considered reasonable for both urgent call-outs and planned installations.

The customer service is exceptional. I called and the next day I had someone to quote my job and the next week the works had been completed. The crew that was sent out was friendly, professional, on-time and efficient. They delivered exactly what I asked for and had some flexibility to add to the job when complexities had arisen. I would highly recommend this company and the sparkies that work for them.

Highly recommend Sawtell Electrical. Marc, the owner, was fantastic to deal with and incredibly helpful with an overdue electrical tidy up of my 15 year old apartment. He gave great suggestions and recommendations along the way, and the difference has been huge… replacing old yellowing power points and switches, updating light fittings and changing the dated fans to fresh white ones. Everything now looks so much cleaner and more modern. What I especially appreciated was Marc’s flexibility. A few visits were no trouble at all while working around the painter, allowing for a final walk through and sign off, and making the whole process easy for me despite being an out of town owner. Marc and his team were lovely, reliable and easy to deal with. Great communication, practical advice and a really nice result. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again or recommend them to others. Thank You so much 5🌟

These guys are great. Had them out on a few occasions and sorted out everything on the spot. Easy, professional and I would strongly recommend them.

Absolutely unprofessional driving in their sign written Toyota van. Dangerous lane changes and laughing, When I shook my head at him, did this to someone else straight after also.. putting people’s lives in danger. And the fact that I called to make a complaint and they didn’t really take itseriously just took the information.

Excellent communication. Good value for money.

i had to call Sawtell Electrical mid afternoon on a Friday as it was looking very like no hot water at our house for the weekend, however they got it and a few other things fixed within 2 hrs at very reasonable rates.

Certificate of Compliance sent to the NSW Building Commission on completion. Highly recommend their service 5 Stars
