Kool Spark Electrical

Kool Spark Electrical has earned a loyal following in Hervey Bay, with several customers describing relationships spanning more than fifteen years. Reviewers often mention Matt and Tyrone, noting their professionalism, punctuality and friendly manner, and the same praise extends to the reception staff, described as helpful and pleasant.

The work itself ranges across smoke alarm installation to meet Queensland compliance rules, electrical upgrades to older homes, and air conditioning, with one customer mentioning a split system being fitted. A point made in several accounts is clear quoting and explanation: customers describe detailed, reasonably priced quotes and technicians who explain what needs doing and check in during the job about the desired outcome. Efficiency and a willingness to suggest practical alternatives are also noted, including one instance where a quicker solution for an external power point saved time and hassle.

Emergency response features in the feedback as well, with one account of a power outage at a home with full freezers being resolved when other electricians could not be reached. Alfie is singled out for arriving on time and working efficiently, while long-standing clients describe the team as courteous and a pleasure to have on site, returning for further electrical work.

I have used Kool Sparks a couple of times and have found them to be extremely professional, punctual and friendly. The girls on Reception are all lovely and helpful

Kool Spark was highly professional throughout the installation of my smoke alarms, ensuring everything complied with Queensland's new legislation. They provided a detailed, reasonably priced quote that clearly explained what to expect, and the installation was completed efficiently and professionally. They also took the time to explain the system and ensure I had all the information I needed to get the best from the products. I highly recommend Kool Spark for anyone needing smoke alarm installation.
