Johnstone Electrical & Sunvalley Solar

Solar and electrical work sits at the centre of what this Shepparton business does, and the customer accounts consistently reflect well on both sides of the operation. Several reviewers describe solar inverter replacements and complete off-grid system upgrades, and one household recalls a failed inverter being sourced and restored to service within three weeks. Ceiling fan and oven installations recur as everyday jobs handled without fuss, while a caravan inverter hooked up to mains power shows the range of work taken on. An aspect raised across a number of reviews is communication: customers note that problems and options are explained clearly, that the job is walked through once finished, and that requests are listened to and incorporated.

Promptness is repeatedly singled out, including after-hours callouts and short-notice work around Christmas, when a faulty solar part was identified, ordered and refitted within days. Tidiness is mentioned, with no mess left behind, and quotes are described as fair, with at least one job costing less than originally estimated. Cale, James, Hayden and Kate each draw specific praise, Cale for hands-on work and after-sales support, Kate for her manner on the phone. After-sales help and reliable scheduling round out the recurring themes.
