Chilled electrical PTY LTD

Prompt, knowledgeable workmanship from Nathan is the thread running through accounts of Chilled Electrical. Various customers describe calling about electrical faults, air-conditioning breakdowns or a failed water pump and receiving a same-day response, with callbacks returned and arrival times honoured. A number of reviews mention the range of jobs handled, from replacing bathroom light and heater units and installing exhaust fans to swapping kitchen, dining and hallway lights, repairing refrigeration, servicing solar hot water and solar panels, and restoring a ducted system during the hottest stretch of summer.

A theme running through the feedback is the advice given on lighting choices and system problems, with Nathan described as patient in explaining options and suggesting fittings that suit the home. Pricing is called fair and quoting and invoicing straightforward, and the workspace is left tidy. Urgent callouts arrive without fuss and are resolved efficiently, and the care shown when a household was left without water stands out. Customers in Shepparton and the surrounding district note his friendly manner, his willingness to go the extra mile, and the reassurance he provided during that breakdown, describing him as a gentleman who eased their concerns.

Nathan helped us out at a pinch during the hottest part of summer, when our ducted system went down. He made the whole process so easy, was super friendly, knowledgeable and swift. We are so grateful for your help, and would highly recommend his work to anyone else!

Nathan was easy to talk to, prompt and professional. Very happy with his service

We had a major issue with our pump that supplies water to the house. Nathan from Chilled Electrical was incredible being recommended to us by another business that could not get to us straight away. Right from the first contact made with Nathan he was amazing. Not only polite and showing genuine care for our predicament he was prompt, efficient and going above and aboard to fix our issue. Fast forward a week we had another issue arise, once again he responded in a timely manner to fix our problem. We cannot thank Nathan enough. If you are looking for a reliable & honest electrician we highly recommend Nathan you will not be disappointed. Also very fair rates.
