J&C Electrical Services

J&C Electrical Services has built a reputation in Mackay for honest, professional electrical work, and the feedback reflects that consistently. Customers describe the team as reliable and punctual, with one noting that they attended the same day a call was made after something began tripping the power, and were methodical in tracing and fixing the fault. Several reviewers highlight the quality of the finished result, including wiring for a shed, installation of kitchen appliances managed remotely, repairs to data cables at a workplace, and an unusual project converting a bus to a motorhome with 240-volt power and eight powerpoints.

The team, including Shane, is repeatedly described as efficient and capable of getting the job done without fuss. Clear quotes and fair pricing come up often, alongside praise for the friendly and helpful manner of the staff, with Crystal singled out for keeping clients informed throughout a job. Tidiness and a professional approach are mentioned, as is the willingness to explain what is being done. Reviewers note that they have returned to the company for further electrical work over several years, which points to trust built through consistent service.

Amazing service, super happy with how they diagnosed and fixed our data cables at work. Great job guys, appreciate it!

These guys are amazing. I cannot recommend them enough. I had an unusual job for them, wiring a bus to motorhome conversion with 240v power and installing eight powerpoints. Shane and his team were very efficient and just got in and got it done.
