Infuse Electrical

A faulty power point that fell apart while a tripped circuit was being traced is among the jobs reviewers recall, with the replacement fitted and a follow-up organised to restore the original four-point outlet. Fault-finding skill and clear communication run through feedback for Infuse Electrical, where Ben and Paul are named together on several occasions and described as professional, efficient and respectful of homes. Customers frequently mention technicians arriving when promised or earlier, and urgent calls being slotted in between other jobs, including a household that regained power after the incoming supply was damaged during a cyclone.

Air conditioning installation appears often, covering multiple units fitted at separate properties, alongside smoke detector compliance inspections arranged at short notice for a property sale. Feedback points to quality components being used, advice offered before work began and check-in calls afterwards to confirm everything operated correctly. Reviewers also note fair, transparent pricing, tidy work areas and polite conduct on site. Persistence with difficult faults and a willingness to explain what was done recur, particularly where underground cabling had burnt out and power had to be restored quickly.

We needed a couple of outdoor lights and some double power points replaced. Ben didn't quite have the right size light, so on the way to his appointment with us, managed to source the correct size. Which I thought was going above and beyond for the customer - thank-you. I highly recommend Infuse Electrical. Polite, friendly and cleans up after the job is done. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

I had a great experience with Infuse Electrical. They offered the best price, and the team was very fair, friendly, and professional. They really went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with everything. I was able to get a booking straight away with no waiting, which was a huge plus. It’s clear they take pride in their work and deliver high-quality service. I’d definitely recommend this business to anyone looking for reliable electrical work at a great price. They truly deserve the recognition!

Ben and his team are extremely professional, knowledgeable and helpful. Ben is very solutions focused with great ideas about how to solve challenging problems. They always respond promptly and always let you know when to expect them. I can highly recommend them!

Great service, very polite and fast. I lost power to my house and Ben was straight on to the job within a couple of hours between jobs. Couldn’t recommend Infuse Electrical enough. Thank you to Ben and the team.

These guys ought to wear capes! Their service is fantastic! Mum and Dad (95 & 98 yrs old) lost the electricity connection to the house when it was ripped off the roof during cyclone Koji. Ergon said we had to get an electrician to reattach it before they could restore the power. These guys jumped to the rescue and had everything sorted in record time. They turned up when they said they would, and they kept us informed throughout the whole process. I can't speak highly enough of them! Thank you Ben, Paul and Ethan. Great job.

Ben and Paul attended my mother’s property and both were professional, efficient, and got the issue sorted. It took a lot of troubleshooting but Ben was able to isolate the problem, and as a result we will have working aircond’s tonight 🙌🏼. We’re very happy that Infuse Electrical could fit us in so early in the new year. Thanks guys. Highly recommend ⭐️

Amazing electrician - Ben! Super professional and really saved the day when I needed help over the Christmas break. Made sure the work was done right. The whole experience was smooth and stress-free. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing an electrician.
