One of the biggest benefits was that he was able to complete the installation while I was at work, so I didn’t need to take time off or rearrange my day. During the installation, he encountered an unexpected issue, but instead of delaying the job, he clearly explained the problem and came up with a compliant solution that allowed the installation to be completed safely and to standard. He was professional, knowledgeable, and communicated well throughout the process. I’m very happy with the quality of the installation and would happily recommend James to anyone looking to have an EV charger installed.
