What customers say

Based on genuine customer reviews

In Bundaberg, HQ Electrical Centre serves as a supplier and repairer covering areas such as electric motors, generators, pumps, fire alarms and telecommunications equipment. Feedback from customers highlights the friendliness and knowledge of staff as a recurring strength, with several describing the team as helpful and approachable. Reviewers frequently point to competitive pricing and dependable customer service, noting that jobs are completed when promised. The team is described as providing useful advice across a range of electrical and hardware needs.

Criticism centres on counter service and communication, with more than one account describing interactions as rude and mentioning long waits without updates on progress. These complaints appear in a minority of reviews but form the main theme among lower ratings. The overall pattern points to a business whose technical range and pricing are valued, while the manner of some service interactions has drawn dissatisfaction. Customers seeking motors, pumps or generators have generally reported positive outcomes, whereas those raising service issues have focused on how they were treated at the counter and whether they were kept informed during waits.
