Great job. Excellent communication throughout and a brilliant EV Charger installation. Attention to detail and patient and installer was appreciated. Thanks Josh. A job well done.

Very pleased with the service from the reminder messages to Ross and Indi arriving punctually. They then verified the work to be done. Got on with the job quickly and cleanly. Cleaning up after they finished. Very polite and professional. Thank you Ross & Indi and the rest of the Hoile team.

We were most impressed with the extremely prompt, thorough and efficient service provided by the receptionist, electrician and owner of Hoile Electrical. The quality of the work undertaken was excellent and we highly recommend the company.

I would highly recommend this business. After a minor mix-up, they quickly sent Ross out to resolve the issue. He was friendly, professional, and efficient. It’s clear they genuinely value their customers and take pride in providing excellent service.

These guys came out with less than 5 hours notice and got the job done! I am beyond grateful. Super professional, honest and reliable thank you!

Had an instance of water penetration in my house and on a Sunday I called their after emergency number. The phone call was not answered so I hung up. Within 2 minutes, I was called back by the technician who apologised for not having answered my call. No problem! I told him my story and he advised that he could come out but the chances of him being able to fix the issue would be slim as I would have to wait until the area dried. He explained clearly the fees associated with an after hours visit and we agreed that I could live another day without ceiling lights as I still had ground power and could use lamps. He advised me that he would log my issue with his company which he did. The next day, Charlotte from their office called me to let me know that a technician would be on his way within the hour. James turned up within the given time and very quickly fixed the issue and others that were not related to the water issue. Josh (emergency technician), James ( the electrician) and Charlotte (the office manager) were friendly, cooperative and super helpful! I can strongly recommend the services of Hoile Electrical!

Flynn arrived on time and diagnosed the problem quickly. Work was completed in a timely manner. He is very pleasant to deal with.
