Had an instance of water penetration in my house and on a Sunday I called their after emergency number. The phone call was not answered so I hung up. Within 2 minutes, I was called back by the technician who apologised for not having answered my call. No problem! I told him my story and he advised that he could come out but the chances of him being able to fix the issue would be slim as I would have to wait until the area dried. He explained clearly the fees associated with an after hours visit and we agreed that I could live another day without ceiling lights as I still had ground power and could use lamps. He advised me that he would log my issue with his company which he did. The next day, Charlotte from their office called me to let me know that a technician would be on his way within the hour. James turned up within the given time and very quickly fixed the issue and others that were not related to the water issue. Josh (emergency technician), James ( the electrician) and Charlotte (the office manager) were friendly, cooperative and super helpful! I can strongly recommend the services of Hoile Electrical!
Flynn arrived on time and diagnosed the problem quickly. Work was completed in a timely manner. He is very pleasant to deal with.
