Hitek Electrical and Data Pty Ltd

Dubbo customers have plenty to say about this electrical outfit, and the thread running through their accounts is dependability. Josh is singled out by name across numerous reviews, with praise for his courteous manner, his prompt replies to calls and messages, and his habit of arriving when promised. Workmanship comes up repeatedly as meticulous and carefully finished, and clients note that sites are left clean once the job is done. Reviewers describe the pricing as fair for what is delivered.

The range of tasks mentioned covers power point installation, ceiling fans, security cameras, internal and external wiring outlets and electric vehicle charger installation, with one customer reporting the charger was fitted within a week of receiving a quote. When flooding struck, a client rang and the power supply was isolated without fuss. Emergency attendance draws consistent comment, one account describing a swift arrival and the issue resolved on the spot. Several long-standing clients pass the team's details to their own customers, and a recurring remark concerns how straightforward the whole process feels from start to finish.
