Punctuality stands out in the accounts, with electricians arriving when they said they would and finishing within the timeframe given, often after a message confirming they were en route. Reviews regularly refer to a professional and dependable manner, and the standard of the finished result is praised whether the task involved fitting two ceiling fans or attending urgent call-outs at shops.

Geoff and his team are named for their willingness to help when quick attendance was required, while the office staff are described as pleasant to deal with. Something that features in review after review is the handling of queries, with questions answered without delay and clients kept in the loop from start to finish. Installation requirements were taken into account before work began, and tidiness is noted, one tenant mentioning that the fans went in without mess. Pricing is characterised as fair for the quality delivered, and access was arranged around a tenant's circumstances. The recurring theme is jobs completed without trouble and equipment left running correctly.
