Cairns Electrical & Data Services

Domestic and small commercial jobs make up much of the feedback for this electrical and data contractor, covering lighting upgrades, cabling inspections and unexpected power failures. Quick replies to enquiries are noted repeatedly, and customers often remark that they were kept updated as the work moved ahead, with attendance matching what had been arranged. Punctual arrival comes through strongly, whether for a scheduled cabling visit or an emergency outage resolved the same day.

Individual tradespeople earn direct thanks, among them John, whose friendly and capable manner during a switch replacement drew particular appreciation, and Antonio and Declan, credited with experience and swift handling of wiring requirements along with helpful guidance on existing lines. Leaving a site in good order is another point raised, including a property outside town where the area was left clean after repairs. Reasonable charges, clear explanations of the problem and an approachable attitude appear alongside services such as replacing fluorescent fittings with LED, with installation and security system work also represented in the accounts.

Living in Kuranda is a real challenge when it comes to trades, so finding Cairns Electrical & Data Sevices has been a revelation. They were happy to travel, arrived on time, fixed all of my issues and left a clean and tidy workplace. John, the electrician who attended, was awesome. A thorough pro with exceptional customer service. I won’t be looking anywhere else for future maintenance of projects.

Cairns Electrical and Data Services replaced some fluorescent lights with LED at my house ... They responded quickly to my initial inquiry then followed up with the job done a few days later ... I recommend CEDS for domestic electrical service.
