Botto's Electrical

Botto's Electrical has built its reputation in Cairns on the back of repeated praise for both workmanship and manner. Nick is the name that threads through customer accounts, frequently joined by Ethan and Alex, and several reviewers describe the team as efficient, honest and easy to deal with from the first call to the final walkthrough. Air conditioning installation recurs as the flagship job, with one warehouse fit-out also requiring extra wiring, and more than one review highlights that the finished result was clean and the site left tidier than it was found.

Downlight replacements, oyster light fittings, ceiling fans, an oven repair and bathroom wiring all appear in accounts, as does the installation of an electric vehicle charger. An aspect raised across a number of reviews is fault-finding under pressure, including advice given over the phone during an after-hours outage in Gordonvale that had left a household without power.

Long warranties on supplied fittings, clear quotes described as reasonable or competitive, and thorough clean-ups are noted alongside the technical knowledge. Communication stands out too, whether answering questions during a job or following up to make sure supply was restored. Customers describe repeat bookings and referrals, with the practical, friendly approach keeping them coming back for further electrical work.

Great communication and efficiency on install of EV charger. Would definitely recommend Nick and his team.

Would recommend Botto”s Electrical for all your electrical needs. I had 3 fans replaced, Alex was professional, courteous and answered any questions that I had. He even cleaned up afterwards even took all the parts and empty boxes with him. Will definitely be calling Nicholas for all my electrical work

Nick amd Ethan were efficient, honest and they provided great customer service. I got all my downlights replaced and I am very satisfied with their work. They also put new oyster lights and all of them have long time warranties. I highly recommend Botto's Electrical if you have any electrical issue in your house.

My dad had an electrical fault and was without power for more than 24hours. I got Mick’s details from another electrician after hours of cold calling off google. Mick was at my dad’s house in Gordonvale within 20mins of speaking to me on a Saturday morning. He was polite, reasonably priced and had the issue sorted within a few hours. Mick even contacted Ergon after he finished so they could connect the mains power again. I can’t recommend Botto’s Electrical enough.

Botto came and fitted the aircon in my warehouse and did some extra wiring for me. Competitive pricing, fast and reliable and cleaned up after himself! Highly recommended!

Nick did a very professional installation in our unit’s new bathroom. When there was an unrelated electrical problem a few months later, he answered the phone from his sick bed on a Saturday evening and gave really good fault finding advice to help us address the issue. Nick, this was and still is, sincerely appreciated!

Nick was great with all the requests I threw at him. He was quick, efficient and super easy and friendly to deal with. Highly recommend 🙌🏽
