Ben Stokes Electrical

Ben Stokes Electrical carries out electrical installation and lighting work around Newcastle, and the feedback left by clients follows a consistent pattern. A number of customers describe how quickly jobs were attended to, with one booking taken on the next working day, and the work itself finished promptly once the tradespeople were on site. Clear communication features in the accounts too, with updates provided through the job and a follow-up visit arranged afterwards to confirm everything was in order. Pricing is repeatedly characterised as fair and reasonable, and the value for money is noted as a strength rather than an afterthought.

Ben is singled out by name in a number of comments for his professional approach, his honesty and the care he takes with the finished result, while the wider crew is described as pleasant and straightforward to deal with from first contact to completion. The standard of workmanship draws steady praise, and reviewers point to a business that approaches each task with high expectations and genuine attention to detail. Dependability, transparency and a readiness to explain the work sit alongside the technical quality, leaving clients satisfied with the installation and lighting results delivered.

They have fair prices and do everything to a high expectation
