56 Electrical - Newcastle Electrical Contractor

In Newcastle, customers describe 56 Electrical as a dependable choice for electrical installation work, lighting projects and property maintenance, with Chris named repeatedly as the person who fronts the business. Quick response is a theme running through the feedback, covering a power circuit fault traced and restored within minutes, a circuit run out to a garden shed, and electrical tasks completed during a garage build. Reviewers often note that tradespeople turn up when expected, sometimes ahead of schedule or early the next day after a late call, and that communication by phone, text and email is prompt.

Quotes are described as keenly priced and turned around quickly, with materials organised and jobs finished inside the agreed timeframes. Tidiness and an orderly approach feature often, as does the patience of the electricians who talked through each stage as the work progressed. Customers remark that Chris takes their requirements on board, outlines the options and delivers on what was promised, while the broader team is described as courteous, efficient and accommodating. The finished standard comes across as high, holding true across homes and business premises alike.

Highly professional electricians. Good communications from Chris who locked in a date and time for the work required. The team that did the electrical work were on time, well spoken, polite and very helpful.

Responds quickly and works efficiently. Troubleshooting our recent power circuit issue took 5 mins and our power restored! Excellent service and always does a brilliant job. Highly recommended.

Cannot rank Chris and his crew highly enough. A problem that has plagued my daughter's house for years eas quickly diagnosed and rectified. Great job and great people. Highly recommended.

The work carried out was to a very high standard. Their customer service was second to non. Chris was very easy to talk to, polite, neat and tidy, efficient and accommodating. I rung the office about an issue I had and someone was here within 20 minutes and the problem was solved. I would highly recommend this company to anyone and will be using them in the future for my home and now any electrical needs for my business. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.
