Energex isolated a tenants power supply and left a notice saying that it required an electrician to inspect before turning the power back on ... I paid a ludicrous sum to get these guys to come to site on a Sunday ... they inspected the tenancy, removed the Energex Notice and switched the power back on ... However there is no mention of the Energex Notice, or its removal by them, on their invoice ... from a docmentation perspective it is the same as if I had illegally removed the Energex Notice and switched the power on myself. $550 later and there is nothing to document that I did the correct thing, They don't pick up my calls or respond to my texts requesting that they call. They also falsely claimed that Energex would refund their charges.
