Adelaide Electrical Group

Adelaide Electrical Group is described by customers as a dependable operation whose staff arrive when they say they will and complete work both quickly and thoroughly. Across a range of jobs, several reviewers highlight the professionalism and knowledge of Johnathan, who takes time to explain what is required and why, offering clear quotes and detailed reporting before any work begins. That communication continues afterwards: one account of a power outage after heavy rain notes clear guidance that allowed the problem to be resolved without an after-hours call-out, while a larger upgrade across multiple visits saw the customer kept informed throughout.

The scope of work mentioned includes ceiling fan installation, outdoor radiant bar heaters, television wall mounting and mains reconnection, with reviewers noting help selecting suitable fittings and innovative approaches to difficult access. Tidiness and care in the home are recurring points, as is fair pricing, with one long-standing customer stating that quotes are not even sought because the charges are consistently reasonable. Friendliness and a willingness to take on jobs others declined also feature prominently, and the same names and themes appear again and again.

Johnathan was extremely helpful and helped us to troubleshoot a power outage after some heavy rain. We were able to resolve within 30 mins and avoid a costly after hours call out. Highly recommended!

Excellent work done with great attention to detail. thanks guys!

These guys took the job no one else would take and we are so grateful they did. They saved us money and time for being innovative and knowledgable about different ways to access our mains. They understood our issue, communicated clearly, effectively and in a way I (who has very limited electrical knowledge) could understand. Being polite and friendly, they also got the job done, reconnecting our power asap. Honestly, could not recommend these guy more highly - truly top marks. Thank you both!

So happy with the responsiveness and professionalism of the team at AEG. Jonathon explained what needed to be done and gave a price and detailed quote including a report of what occurred. Incredible service and wont hesitate to recommend to family and friends.

Johnathon did a motza of work during 4 visits on a house I bought that needed numerous upgrades. Brilliant work, punctual, kept me in the loop. I wouldn't even think to try another electrical firm now as I have complete trust in him. He's so honest I don't even ask for a quote as I know he is always fair.

Honestly amazing
