24-7 Electricians

24-7 Electricians earns repeated praise across Mackay for the speed of its response to electrical jobs, with accounts describing a tradesperson arriving soon after contact to restore a commercial hot water system without fuss. The standard of completed work draws consistent approval, and the replacement of an ageing kitchen oven and cooktop is singled out, with Connor and Pat named for finishing the task neatly and to a high standard. A number of customers describe the team as friendly and professional, while the person answering the phone is remembered as knowledgeable and helpful, resolving an enquiry on the spot.

An aspect raised across a number of reviews is the practical guidance offered, such as showing a customer how to change a plug and avoid an unnecessary expense. Fair pricing and flexibility around payment arrangements rather than settling in cash on the day are noted more than once. Tidiness left behind, courteous conduct and a willingness to explain the work run through the accounts, as does confidence that the same electricians would be engaged again for future jobs.
