1010 Safety & Electrical

In Dubbo, the recurring praise for this electrical business centres on the manner and professionalism of Geoff, whose name appears throughout customer accounts. Several accounts describe him as punctual, arriving when expected and sending messages in advance to confirm the timing of a visit. The work most often described involves smoke alarm testing, installation and upgrades, together with electrical safety inspections, where customers note that issues were identified and dealt with promptly.

Light switches and an outdoor light motion sensor feature among the repairs mentioned, while one account covers an alarm upgrade that included patching over the old mounting holes so the finished result looked neat. Communication stands out as a point that comes up often, with customers saying the job was explained clearly and that they understood the reasoning behind the work. Care taken to tidy up afterwards is also noted, along with a willingness to do more than the original request. Descriptions of Geoff as approachable and pleasant to deal with recur, and customers describe the process as straightforward from beginning to end.

They were great! They came to fix a light switch in my bathroom and were on time, sent messages to know when they would be arriving and Geoff was easy to talk to and fixed everything easily. Would highly recommend.

A very friendly and efficient service. Geoff knows his craft.

Geoff was excellent. I had a unit that needed replacing in a short time frame due to a warranty replacement. He was prompt in being able to do the job and replaced a ceiling fan and meter box safety switch while here.

Upgraded our smoke alarms. Very professional and very friendly. Finished product looked amazing and did a really good job patching over the old holes.

Had our smoke alarms tested and a new one installed. Checked the electricals for any safety issues, and found an anomaly during the inspection. Very grateful and impressed for the fast, friendly and great service. Highly recommend.

Great service, very happy with Geoff's work. Went above what we originally asked for.

Fantastic service, Geoff arrived on time to inspect the smoke alarm and fixed the outdoor light motion sensor. Two thumbs up.
