O'Brien Electrical Dubbo

Telecommunications contracting and electrical installation sit among the services this Dubbo operator provides, and the feedback gathered around the business points to a crew that responds quickly when something goes wrong. Emergency work stands out, with a failed hot water unit element and a blown service fuse both sorted within hours of the first call, and the fuse repair costing less than the householder had expected. More than one review highlights punctuality, describing electricians who arrive at the agreed time and finish without fuss, and Mitch and Billy are singled out by name for work carried out pleasantly and efficiently.

A detail many reviews return to is how swiftly enquiries are handled, including one that drew a reply within the hour and a job booked for the same day. Tidiness and courtesy on site also feature, with tradesmen described as polite and leaving the area neat. Fault finding on a domestic supply, general work around the property and smaller jobs all appear, each met with the same capable, no-drama approach, and the workmanship itself draws clear satisfaction.

Excellent service, replied to my enquiry within the hour and organised the job done the same day.

Amazing service - arrived at the time they booked .. friendly and quick - highly recommend.

Very professional and friendly

Ordered a quote for small job. Two men came and had a look a said I would receive a quote by email..I didn't get an email from them, so rang up a week later. Got a verbal quote, and 2 different men came and did the job 3 days later. Very happy with the work, very tidy and polite. The admin side of the company is disappointing.

Was pleased I was not charged for a Sunday call out. Was not happy that the problem was not fixed the first time
