Very happy with the fast response and service of Sydney Power Group. They were able to explain clearly what needed to be done based on photos I provided and rectified the problem quickly. I highly recommend their service.
I worked with this company and created around five websites for their clients. After completing all the projects, they refused to pay the agreed amount of $1,500 AUD and even blocked communication. After 1.5 years, Peter (the company’s representative) reached out again, offering only $300 AUD to “settle” the matter — far less than the original agreement. This behavior shows a clear lack of professionalism and integrity. If you are a developer, be cautious — they do not honor their commitments. If you are a client, think twice before working with a company that treats its team this way. Not trustworthy or reliable.
The meter box upgrade was reasonably priced and efficient. Peter was patient and answered questions sufficiently, and Kenny performed the job quickly and left the meter box looking neat and tidy. Great work overall.
Terrible online support, tech electrician couldn't explain why they wanted to charge $500 for a fault detection, said i would only understand if i was an electrician. I called back to speak with admin who could easily explain that it was to determine whether the fault was with the appliance or the circuit. Wouldn't go near these guys, the arrogance and lack of ability to communicate leaves me wondering if the reviews are genuine
The installation of our air conditioning and the electrical work was done with little interruption to the household. The workmen were professional and respectful. The work was completed in the stated timeline and any rubbish removed. Very happy
Sydney power group had done amazing job repairing my air conditioner units. They are professional, reliable and easy communication. I waited 3months to make sure all of my 5 units work well before writing this review. I am happy to recommend Sydney Power Group to anyone.
