Surry Hills Electrical

Across Surry Hills and the surrounding inner-city suburbs, customers repeatedly highlight the reliability and quality that Sam and his team bring to every job. Several reviewers describe how promptly call-outs are handled, with appointments arranged quickly and tradespeople arriving when promised. Communication stands out as a recurring strength, from discussing options and solutions before work begins to following up after hours when questions arise. Pricing is consistently described as fair and competitive, with clear quotes provided without delay, whether the task is a small repair or a larger upgrade.

The standard of workmanship earns frequent praise, particularly on home power box upgrades, kitchen lighting installation and fault-finding on broken fittings. Tidiness is mentioned often, with sites left clean and no mess behind. Sam is named regularly for his professionalism and willingness to talk through ideas, while Gus and James are noted for their friendly, attentive approach. Reviewers also value the team's ability to handle complicated problems and make difficult jobs look straightforward, and many return for repeat work on both large and small projects.

Prompt and reliable, reasonably priced, and helped with a complicated problem. Also very tidy.

I have used Surry hills Eletrical multiple times now for larger and smaller jobs. Sam is always prompt with his call outs, diligent with his work and best of all always takes the time to talk through ideas and solutions with you to come up with the best outcome for your particular need.

We are repeat customers of Surry Hills Electrical. Sam always organises to have our work done promptly. The electricians who do the work have been efficient, kind and informative.

Very happy with the work Sam and Gus did for us. The job was done promptly at a very fair price. Highly recommended.

Sam managed to book the job (relatively small) within a couple of days of my call. James and Gus arrived on schedule, were friendly, listened to what I needed and did a very neat, tidy job. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend!

Sam was fast, efficient, cost-appropriately and all round pleasant to deal with. James who did the work was spectacularly efficient. I appreciate how quick and easy he made the entire process. Thank you. Would recommend 100%

Glad to have found an excellent electrician! Sam is great- very reliable, efficient and a good communicator. Clearly quotes and explains what he is doing- and happy to answer questions anytime.
