After having our whole-house water filter system installed by another gas and plumbing company, they unfortunately neglected to inform us that they had unplugged the gas heater ignitor, leaving our granny flat without hot water. I contacted Speedy Electrical and within a week they had a technician, Dan Marton, come out to help. Dan was lovely, professional, punctual, and even sent a notice of arrival before getting here. He listened carefully to the issues, fixed the electrical plug, added another outlet to allow the heater to run properly again, and also repaired an isolation switch for our kitchen stove — all completed within about an hour. Super happy from start to finish with the whole process. Fair and honest pricing, excellent workmanship, and fantastic customer service. Everything was truly above and beyond. I’ll definitely be using them again for any and all electrical work in the future.

I was first introduced to Speedy Electrical 9 years ago through Hi Pages. After receiving great service and high quality work I reached out once more when I wanted to install a security sensor light. Richard was a huge help guiding me through his recommendations and was clear with the pricing structure. The installer, Nick, was experienced, thorough, detailed and didn't muck around. The light itself and even it's installed location is so much better than I expected. Thank you Team! **Additional** I have now done a third and fourth project with Speedy Electrical and yet again, absolutely amazing service! This time Richard introduced me to Dan who has a very high attention to detail and passionate for doing all he can to bring my visions to life. The largest part of this job was custom LED light stripping for my 4 meter wardrobe. Dan got all of the parts custom made for exactly what I wanted and did all he could to hide the wiring as much as possible as the wardrobe was exisiting. He took me on the journey to make sure I was 100% happy and boy am I! He also installed 5 Phillips Hue strip lights hiding the power cables plus quite a few power and data point moves/installs. Dan also did a seperate job for my In-laws changing their hardwired downlights to plug and socket plus installing a strip light in their kitchen. The quality and detail of the work that Dan did for us all was absolutely amazing. He was efficient, tidy, genuine, respectful and a great guy. I was also very happy with the pricing. I will absolutely be going back to Speedy for my next electrical project! Thank you!

Speedy Electrical sorted out my NBN upgrade set up issues quickly and in a friendly manner, talking through issues on the phone with my telco support tech which was a huge help in detangling the situation. I could not have managed that without Dan from Speedy. He really went the extra mile and was so patient and got it all up and running perfectly. Highly recommend.
