Randall Electrics

The trait that comes through most strongly in feedback for this Brisbane firm is the professionalism and personal warmth of the tradespeople who carry out the work. Reviewers frequently point to jobs finished to a careful standard, whether the task involved light fittings and wiring, fire alarm installation in a property with high ceilings, or repairs to a hot water system.

Punctuality appears often, with clients noting a phone call shortly before arrival and electricians turning up when expected. An observation shared by more than one reviewer is the clear explanation of costs and scope before work starts, along with frank advice when a job turns out to be more involved than anticipated, such as a residential electric vehicle charger installation that was discussed openly but not carried out.

Efficiency and a tidy, calm approach are described in accounts of power outlet installation, including the routing of cabling behind plaster and above ceilings, and of a switchboard upgrade at an older home. Named team members including Ryan, Matthew, Lachie and Peter are singled out for expertise, patience and goodwill, while the owner is credited with guiding clients through both the work involved and the pricing. Customers consistently describe the finished result as being of a high standard.

Great communication leading up to the booking. Ryan arrived on time and did a great job. Thanks mate

Excellent service provided by Ryan & the team. Professional and a pleasure to work with good people who are great at what they do.

Cannot fault them. Lachie was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and got straight into the job. Fantastic service.

Ryan installed wired in fire alarms, after one of our old alarms kept cheeping. We have high ceilings and are too old to climb ladders. he phoned 20mins before arriving and we are very happy with the job.

Brody arrived on time, did an excellent job and cleaned up after himself. This is the third time we have used Randall’s and won’t be the last.

Fantastic service. On time, fast, efficient, courteous - can't fault them. Will use again.

Ryan did a great job on my wiring and light fittings, thanks heaps.
