I got home this morning at 0730 after a string of 4 12hr night shifts. Fridges out, air con out, everything out. I called Ramzi and over the phone he walked me the troubleshooting and got my power back. He would not take any payment for his time, which I'm sure is very valuable. Ramzi talked me through a neon shorting my tenancy to get power back on, saving me an emergency call out fee and came out to fix it the next morning. He was fast, kind, knowledgeable and reasonably priced.
