JMB Electrical Services

JMB Electrical Services earns consistent praise across Wollongong for electrical work that customers describe as neat, carefully organised and finished with evident pride. Switchboard upgrades appear frequently, including a changeover to three phase supply, with reviewers noting that demanding jobs were handled calmly and left looking tidy, wiring and cabling laid out cleanly. Jacob and Lachie are named often, valued for listening to what clients want, offering practical design advice and walking through switch and downlight positions once the work is done. Punctuality, clear communication and quotes followed precisely from start to completion come up again and again, as does the care taken to match power points to a home's colour scheme.

The scope covers new builds, full house rewires, lighting and smoke detector installation, power pole replacement, emergency fault finding and car charger installation, alongside smart home additions such as phone controlled lighting, air conditioning and garage door integration. Tidiness and attention to small details are singled out as signs of genuine care, while the team's readiness to take on modest jobs as willingly as large ones is mentioned repeatedly. Customers describe the finished result as high quality and the experience as easy, reliable and professional throughout.

Happy. The Level 2 work (power pole replacement) and domestic work (lighting and smoke detector supply and fit) were done quickly and efficiently. From a quote that was followed to the letter; to full job completion in a week. I recommend JMB Electrical services to all.

Jake and the team at JMB Electrical did an outstanding job upgrading our switchboard from single phase to three phase today. It wasn’t a straightforward job, but they handled it professionally and made it look easy. Their workmanship is top quality, everything is neat and well laid out, and the final result looks fantastic. They were great to deal with, communicated well throughout, and clearly take pride in what they do. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Jake and his team to anyone needing electrical work done.
