Atack Electrical

Renovations across Ballarat have provided much of the work discussed in feedback for this electrical business, with homeowners and tradespeople alike noting the standard of the finished result. An observation shared by more than one reviewer is reliability, as jobs are reportedly attended when arranged and arrivals are communicated ahead of time. Reviews time and again mention clear communication, describing a team that listens to the plan and adapts when requirements shift partway through a project. Tidiness features in accounts of completed work, from neat finishing to clearing away afterwards.

Ben is the staff member most often named, and the impression given is of someone approachable, professional and prompt in responding to enquiries, offering practical advice on options and on what current standards require. The work itself spans ceiling fan installation, new lighting and power, rewiring garages and workshops, and switchboard upgrades at what customers considered a fair price. Appliance repairs, particularly wall ovens and cooker elements, appear alongside these larger jobs, and older homes with awkward electrical faults are described as handled without fuss.

Couldn’t recommend Ben and his crew enough. Not only did he get my job fixed the week before Christmas at what I’m sure is a busy time for him but was so quick at getting back to me. Definitely will recommend to anyone needing his services

Ben did an excellent job installing our cameras. He was professional, punctual, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The installation was neat and tidy, and he made sure everything was set up and working perfectly before leaving. He also gave us helpful tips on how to use the system. Highly recommend Ben if you’re looking for a reliable and friendly installer!

Ben has completed electrical work for me on several occasions now. His work is completed to a high standard. He is always pleasant to work with and is able to follow whatever vision we have into completion.

Ben was prompt in returning my enquiry, communicated his arrival time & efficient in fixing our wall oven. Highly recommended and easy to deal with.

Prompt service with fast and efficient fault finding on our Westinghouse wall oven. The young electrician was very courteous and did a great job. Fixed in one hour and we were back in business. I highly recommend Atack Electrical Pty Ltd 👍🏼

Ben and his team were amazing. I bought a beast of a cooker that I was so worried about having installed in a old house with the electrical requirements and nothing was a drama. The team also worked with me and my changes to requirements to change lightfittings, and fix other electrical issues that occur when you buy a house with ease, customer service and great communication. Highly recommended!

Flawless job on some ceiling fans I had installed. Great communication and just made everything so easy. They were recommended to me by a friend and I would 100% recommend them also :)
