Alliance Electrical Townsville

Air conditioning servicing and repairs, along with general electrical work, come up repeatedly in the accounts left for this business. Customers describe jobs being booked in promptly and tradespeople turning up as arranged, including one account where a spark named Jack passed on his arrival time so that access could be sorted out without fuss. Care around the home is a theme reviewers return to, with work areas reported as tidier after the job than before it began. Communication is likewise noted as steady from the initial contact through to the finish, and the charges are described as fair for the standard of work received.

Friendliness and a professional approach are mentioned time and again, among them an urgent call-out where the team attended quickly and sorted a problem for an elderly relative. Adam is credited by name with NBN trenching, cable laying and associated installation work, handled politely and thoroughly. Air conditioner cleaning and maintenance, plus smaller electrical repairs, appear among the tasks customers say were completed well. Several note they would engage the business again, for both households and rental properties, which underlines the repeat custom this Garbutt operation has built.

Could not get an electrician for my grandma, they came straight out and solved the problem. Lovely and such good service

Had a couple of small jobs to complete, quickly scheduled, and on the day Jack the sparky was great at communicating his arrival time making access easy. Then completed the works, and went beyond expectations to leave the work areas cleaner than they were when he started. Definitley use again.

Adam from Alliance Electrical was great with our NBN install all the way through. Trenching , Laying , Running Cables etc Very nice and polite 10/10

Did not return my call, haven't seen or heard from them. I will not be recommending them to anyone. Had problem fixed. Thanks
