Rolly’s Electrical

We had our air conditioning units serviced by Rolly’s, but shortly afterwards one of the units began leaking. We contacted the company to rectify the issue, which ultimately required several visits before it was resolved. Approximately three months later, we received an invoice that was around three times the cost of a standard air conditioning service. The invoice contained no itemised breakdown, and despite requesting clarification on multiple occasions, we continued to receive overdue payment notices without any explanation of the charges. Around three weeks after the invoice was issued, we finally received a phone call explaining the charges. However, the explanation differed from what the technician had advised us at the time the rectification work was undertaken, which left us confused about the basis of the invoice. After discussing the matter with the company, the invoice was reduced and we promptly paid the revised amount. We also had additional electrical work completed to install power points. While the work itself was completed, the electricians left a significant amount of mess that we had to clean up ourselves. Overall, our experience was disappointing. Better communication, greater transparency around billing, and more attention to leaving the work area clean would have made for a much better customer experience.

It is always a great experience with the Rolly's Electrical Team. From the initial contact, coming onsite to quote, to do the works and the admin/ invoicing to close out. Communication is easy, they do what they say they will do. Over the years I have had solar installed old aircons replaced and random maintenance required. 5 Star service!
