ADELAIDE SPARKYS

Ceiling fan and exhaust fan installation, wall-mounted television mounting, pendant lighting, power point additions, switchboard repairs and safety switch replacement form the core of the work described by customers of Adelaide Sparkys. Simon, the electrician named throughout the feedback, is repeatedly praised for arriving when he says he will, explaining the task at hand and checking that the householder is satisfied once the job is finished.

A number of customers describe receiving a costing before work begins and finding it fair, with one noting a firm day and time that was met ahead of schedule. A number of reviews mention the care taken afterwards, including ceilings wiped down and floors vacuumed once ceiling fans were fitted.

The same theme of clear communication runs through accounts of after-hours callouts to a rental property, where liaison with tenants was handled directly, and of guidance offered to customers who admitted limited electrical knowledge, with cables capped and extra loops left for future use. Tidiness, diligence and a friendly manner come up often, as does the willingness to discuss options before proceeding. Repeat business is a common thread, with several households stating they now treat Simon as their regular electrician and have passed his details on to family.

Simon arrived exactly when he said, he explained what he was doing, was thorough and made sure that I was happy. Simon's follow up was very efficient with good rates. I would recommend him.

Simon is so nice, professional and considerate. We don’t have much knowledge and he explains to us clearly, carefully capped off cables left by others and put extra loops in case we need it for future. Will definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for electrician service.
