A-Lec Electrics Pty Ltd

Emergency call-outs and planned installations around Townsville both feature in what customers write about this electrical contractor. Several reviewers describe how quickly a quote is followed by the work itself, with one ceiling fan replaced within a couple of hours of the first call. Jobs cover ceiling fans, ovens, overhead ventilation and bathroom or toilet vents, alongside air conditioning repairs and tracing an intermittent electrical fault. A detail many reviews return to is conduct on site: punctual arrival, a friendly manner and a thorough clean-up once finished, with John singled out for his punctuality and helpfulness.

Charges are consistently called reasonable, and customers value being offered different price brackets in a quote. Dependability shows through as well, from power restored within hours after an extended Christmas outage to a botched job being redone not once but twice. Reviewers also note that the team stands behind its work and keeps communication clear, while knowledge and advice come to the fore when difficult faults are diagnosed. Speed, fair pricing and tidy results are the themes that return.

A-lect helped me out with an annoying intermittent electrical gremlin. There are very responsive and helpful and really stand by their work. Highly recommended!

Had the guys attend to fix an air-conditioning issue. Very affordable and offered a next day service ! Thank you 🙏🏻

For us they put in fans, replaced our oven and overhead ventilation, and put vents in our toilet and bathrooms. They are very quick in responding to get a quote, get parts and complete the job. I liked that their quote offered different price brackets. They are very professional and cleaned up any mess made. I highly recommend them to everyone and will use their services in the future.

Awesome experience with this company, went above & beyond to re-do a job that was poorly carried out by another company, not once but twice! Highly recommend them & appreciate the timeliness as we are travelling down south tomorrow.

After 3 days of no power over Christmas and finding many 24hour businesses uncontactable. We miserably figured we might be out until new years. Justin from A-Lec came to our rescue with prompt assistance and had our power restored within hours. A professional, knowledgeable, reliable and helpful. As fresh homeowners who are looking to renovate in the future. You’ve gained a loyal client. Thank you:)
