Wilton Electrical

Households and renovation projects around Newcastle recur throughout accounts of the work completed by Wilton Electrical, with the scope described ranging from a globe jammed inside a light fitting to ceiling fans, extra power points and wiring across several bathroom renovations. Glenn is named time and again, and reviewers note that he arrives when promised and that communication stays clear from the first call to the final walkthrough. A detail many reviews return to is how neatly each job is finished, with debris removed and the site left tidy once the work is done.

Customers also describe the team as friendly and knowledgeable, willing to adapt when a request changes midway through a job and ready to explain how an older property is put together and what that means for the electrical work. Responsive, efficient service earns praise alongside comments about fair rates and workmanship that holds up, whether the task is preparing a home for a family move or getting a property ready for long-term leasing.

We reached out to Wilton Electrical for a quote on some work to our home, Glenn came around the following day and spent over an hour with us going through what we wanted and providing recommendations. Based on our experience with Glenn we decided to go ahead with them. On the day Glenn and his team (Jackson, Angus and Max) were on time and very professional, their work was outstanding, they were very knowledgeable, they communicated effectively and they cleaned up every step of the way. We will be using them for all our electrical work in the future and would definitely recommend them to others.

Fortunately chose to call Wilton for some non-urgent electrical work yesterday. Glenn was warm and helpful on the phone. Within an hour I had Jackson & Max fixing a light fitting and replacing a power point. Whilst they were here I enquired about a powerboard upgrade, and repair of a couple of courtyard lights. Promptly accepting quotes on these jobs, the powerboard work was undertaken yesterday afternoon, and the lights sorted early today. Jackson & Max proved efficient, courteous and tidy electricians, who were easy to have around. Morale at Wilton must be high as both spoke highly of their team. As someone new to Newcastle we'll continue to use Wilton for any future electrical work.

Glenn is so friendly and did an excellent job! And cleaned up afterwards! Would recommend highly

I had Glenn come out today and install a ceiling fan and some power points around my house. From the first call, communication was clear and professional, and he arrived on time as promised. The work was completed efficiently and to a high standard, with everything explained clearly along the way. He went above and beyond to explain nuances with my property, and how it was constructed. The job site was left clean and tidy afterwards. It’s refreshing to deal with someone reliable who clearly takes pride in their work. I wouldn’t hesitate to use him again or recommend them to others.

Glenn and his team of absolute professionals offer no-fuss, first-class electrical services. The team have helped our family move in to our new home as well as, a few years later, get it ready and perfect for longer term premium leasing. Each time the team are friendly, knowledgeable, reliable, organised, neat and make you feel like nothing is a problem. Absolutely recommend.
