Weiss Electrical

Promptness stands out as the quality most often highlighted in feedback about Weiss Electrical, with Ralph Weiss described as arriving exactly when arranged and finishing jobs without unnecessary delay. The thoroughness of his approach is a recurring point, as customers note that he considers what a task requires before beginning so that installations and repairs are carried out efficiently. Communication is praised consistently too, with clients valuing the explanations given about faults, the alternatives suggested and the updates provided while work is under way.

Satisfaction with the finished result appears across a range of jobs, including induction cooktop replacement, a mains board rebuild and upgrade, a custom air conditioner installation, solar array removal and theatre room wiring. Tidiness on site is frequently acknowledged, with work areas said to be left clean once the job is complete. Theresa receives mention for organising appointments and managing warranty claims smoothly. Practical advice on everyday electrical matters contributes to the favourable impression, and the business handles both small call-outs and larger projects around Annerley.

Easy to deal with and know their work, great service from beginning to end!

Ralph is just fantastic - genuine, straightforward, and thorough, with excellent workmanship to boot. I wouldn't consider anyone else. He's helped solve several annoying issues and the quality of work is always outstanding. A huge thanks to Ralph, and Theresa, for keeping the power on!

Excellent professional electrical work at a fair price and delivered with brilliant old fashioned service standards. Very highly recommended.

Theresa at Weiss Electrical efficiently organised the appointment, for Ralph to come out for a warranty claim. He quickly uncovered the issues left behind by the original electrician, explained everything clearly, and provided photos and a full report. Both professional and kind, the team at Weiss Electrical were prompt and reliable — highly recommend!

I would highly recommend Ralph @ Weiss Electrical. After receiving a very expensive quote from another company for my sudden loss of power, I then contacted Weiss Elect. Unbeknown to me, Ralph was on a mini-holiday, but he was so obliging when I relayed my situation & he promptly talked me through all the possibilities as to what could be the fault. He then patiently waited on the line while I continually checked possible appliances, power switches, safety switch etc until we sorted out the problem. I cannot speak highly enough of his patient, courteous service & he was so kind & generous with his time & expertise. It proves there are still decent tradespeople around & Ralph is one of the good guys.

I called Weiss Electrical at about 5pm during a storm. I didn't expect help until the following day. Ralph came out about 30 mins later and sorted out our serious issue that another electrician could not rectify. Thank you so much Ralph for understanding the situation (upset tenants) and making your way over to help us. I was impressed by the customer service and Ralph's expertise. Highly recommended!

I can highly recommend Ralph from Weiss Electrical. He came the same day I called even though it was only a small job. He cleaned up after himself and gave me some good advice about not rolling up electrical cords. He's very efficient and the best electrician I have ever had.
