I would highly recommend Ralph @ Weiss Electrical. After receiving a very expensive quote from another company for my sudden loss of power, I then contacted Weiss Elect. Unbeknown to me, Ralph was on a mini-holiday, but he was so obliging when I relayed my situation & he promptly talked me through all the possibilities as to what could be the fault. He then patiently waited on the line while I continually checked possible appliances, power switches, safety switch etc until we sorted out the problem. I cannot speak highly enough of his patient, courteous service & he was so kind & generous with his time & expertise. It proves there are still decent tradespeople around & Ralph is one of the good guys.

I called Weiss Electrical at about 5pm during a storm. I didn't expect help until the following day. Ralph came out about 30 mins later and sorted out our serious issue that another electrician could not rectify. I can highly recommend Ralph from Weiss Electrical. He came the same day I called even though it was only a small job. He cleaned up after himself and gave me some good advice about not rolling up electrical cords. He's very efficient and the best electrician I have ever had.
