Great experience overall. Had our outdoor Daikon ducted unit fail a few weeks back and they were able to fit us in the next day for an assessment - at 7pm, these guys are working some seriously long days during summer. The previous installers hadnt pest-proofed the unit (we bought the property after this and had no idea) so mice had chewed through some wires and blown the pcb panels. We had a brand new unit installed the following Monday, an absolute godsend in this heat. Major appreciation for the Tropikool team for squeezing us in so quickly during peak season!

We rang every single HVAC contractor in Newcastle and Maitland and nobody seemed to want to help us other than Gaf. He went out of his way after hours to come and diagnose our Daikin ducted system and had a replacement in a week later. Great service.

Extremely pleased with the service of Tropikool. Thank you to Guff, who worked a 12+ hour day showed up at 7:30pm to fix our A/C unit after many companies would not contact me back. He was so informative and we were very pleased to have a quick fix. Highly recommend.

Gaf was absolutely brilliant in coming to our unit and offering advice on a replacement air con unit and supplying a quotation over busy Christmas shut-down. His two team members that undertook the install of the new unit in 40 degree heat on that day were magnificent. My air con pooped itself during the heat wave. After calling multiple places that all said they couldn’t do anything until at least January, I finally ended up on the line with these guys. I was told they were very busy but would see what they could do. About 20 minutes later I had someone arrive at my house. Have a Quick Look and diagnose the problem. His phone must of rang half a dozen times in the 10 minutes he was here. Obviously very busy but still managing to squeeze me in. I was told they would try their best to get it fixed the same day if they could acquire the part. Sure enough an hour or so later another bloke rocked up. Installed the part and had the air con working again. Overall great experience and I appreciate the fast and efficient service.
