Tripwire Electrical

On the Sunshine Coast, Tripwire Electrical has earned a strong reputation for work that customers describe as careful, punctual and tidy. Reviews repeatedly mention Steve alongside team members Jordan and Lewis, and the same names appear across jobs covering solar systems, air conditioning, ceiling fans, switchboards, lighting and full power fit-outs for sheds. A theme running through the feedback is the standard of finish: several customers note that the team arrives on time, respects the home and leaves the site tidier than they found it.

Communication is another recurring theme, with clients describing prompt replies, clear explanations of new systems, and the willingness to talk through product choices before work begins. Reviewers also value the practical advice offered, including guidance on solar maintenance and follow-up checks to confirm everything is running as it should. Emergency work features in the feedback as well, with one account of a power loss resolved by phone guidance and a later visit to replace the faulty part. Across household and business jobs, customers consistently highlight the quality of workmanship, the care taken with each task and the approachable manner of the team.

Rang Steven on a Sunday morning as we had no power , he returned the call very promptly and I sent him a pic of our tripped out board , with his help on the phone we got the power back on and he called around on the Tuesday after and replaced the part required … Couldn’t have asked for better service and a genuine nice guy …

I read great reviews on Tripwire Electrical, I decided there and then to shoot the company a Text. I wanted an Inverter Generator installed with a Manual transfer switch at my property in case of regulated power cuts and power outages due to weather conditions. I got a reply instantly by Steve asking for a photo of the switchboard, which I did immediately. Steve got back to me within 5 minutes. I genuinely had a good gut feeling about Tripwire Electrical. The promptness, and in the way Steve explained the job at hand in his text, he also broke down the cost of every component needed to complete the job. He assured me only the best materials were used. Steve & Lewis did a fantastic job, clean, tidy, everything was labeled and explained. They certainly know what customer service is all about. I’m a very satisfied and Happy customer and highly recommend Tripwire Electrical for all your General electrical needs, Solar Systems and Generator installations. Thank you very much.

Steve and the Tripwire team recently completed the fit out of our new build and we couldn’t recommend them highly enough. Communication was excellent and they went above and beyond to try and find us some out of the box things we wanted. The whole team were respectful, clean and tidy and all round great blokes to have a chat too also. Thanks guys!
