Test Electrical Services - 24/7 Emergency Electrician

Test Electrical Services - 24/7 Emergency Electrician draws steady praise from Melbourne customers for the breadth of electrical work it handles and the professionalism brought to each job. Joseph is named repeatedly as knowledgeable, friendly and easy to reach, and reviewers note his willingness to go beyond the task at hand, including assisting with an unexpected kitchen leak during a scheduled visit. Anthony and Christian appear alongside him, with the wider team credited for discussing lighting plans and layouts before installation and for walking customers through a switchboard upgrade and the replacement of forty-two downlights with LED fittings.

Punctuality is a point that comes up often, as is a tidy approach that includes protecting surfaces, wearing gloves and vacuuming afterwards. The finished result draws consistent approval across ceiling fans, pendant lights, safety switches, outdoor fittings and a 15-amp garage power point. Quotes are described as reasonable and fair, and customers feel the work justifies what they pay. Advice and expertise are valued when resolving security camera faults or suggesting lighting improvements, and the team's readiness to take on extra tasks, from adding power to a shed to safely removing old fixtures, reinforces the impression of a reliable operation.

We got Test Electrical to come and upgrade all 42 down lights in our home to the LED sort. They did this efficiently and professionally, cleaning up any mess they made as they went along. They clearly explained what they were doing at each step along the way and fixed any minor problems that cropped up during the upgrades. They're are not the cheapest option but you get the high quality service you are paying for and we would have no hesitation about using them again in future.

We recently hired Anthony, Joseph and Christian from Test Electrical Services to install downlights in our living room along with a few other electrical works, and we couldn’t be happier with the reasonable quote as well as the entire experience. Right from the start, they were extremely professional and spent a lot of time onsite and on calls later to understand exactly what we wanted, including discussing the lighting design and layout in detail. Honestly, we haven’t experienced that level of care and attention from other electricians before — it was phenomenal. This gave us ample time to think, revise and decide what we really want and and helped us finalising the downlights layout up to our satisfaction. On the day of the job, they were punctual, very polite, hardworking, and professional throughout. The quality of their work was excellent, and they also made sure everything was properly cleaned up once the job was completed. The trio are an absolute pleasure to deal with, and I can’t recommend them enough. A big thank you to you guys for the fantastic work!
